Our company adheres to the service tenet of 'rapid response, accurate troubleshooting, and sincere attitude' to address issues that arise during product use.
After-sales service guarantee
(1) Provide 12 months of free maintenance and technical support services starting from the date of acceptance.
(2) For service notifications from the purchaser, our company ensures a response within 1 hour after receiving the report, arrival at the site within no more than 4 hours in the same city, and no more than 12 hours for other locations, with resolution completed within 48 hours to promptly address customer issues.
(3) Throughout the entire life cycle of contracted products, our company guarantees continuous supply capability for finished products, spare parts, equipment, and tools required for full life support. If supporting finished products, spare parts, equipment, or tools are discontinued, our company will actively seek and provide alternative product solutions to ensure spare part support.
(4) For all equipment, the most effective technical support comes from operating personnel; therefore, technical training for operators is a key focus of pre-sale and after-sale technical services. For issues that operators cannot resolve, as the equipment supplier, we will provide technical support and timely on-site service if necessary.
Warranty period
The warranty period is calculated from the date of product acceptance until within 18 months. Technical support services are provided within the scope of 'three guarantees'. If defects in service quality are found during the warranty period, our company is responsible for rework or remedial measures. However, this does not apply to issues caused by improper use or storage by Party A.
Service warranty plan after warranty period
Our company will continue to provide paid repair guarantee services after the warranty period expires while equipping corresponding warranty personnel and technicians to promptly resolve issues related to product quality repair and maintenance to meet customer needs.
